Letzte Saison haben wir unseren ersten Kaffee aus Myanmar vorgestellt – und freuen uns, ihn zurückzubringen.

Pa-O ist ein natürlich aufbereiteter Kaffee aus den Pa-O-Dörfern in Pinlaung. Die Kaffeebohnen wurden von Bauern aus fünf verschiedenen Dörfern angebaut, bevor sie in der Mühle von Behind The Leaf sortiert und verarbeitet wurden. Das Profil ist tiefgründig und fruchtig, mit einem süßen, marmeladigen Charakter, der wunderbar ausbalanciert ist.
