Pa-O es un lote de proceso natural, procedente de las aldeas Pa-O, en Pinlaung. El café fue cultivado por agricultores de 5 aldeas diferentes, antes de ser clasificado y procesado en el molino Behind the Leaf. El perfil es profundo y afrutado, con un carácter dulce y afrutado que está maravillosamente equilibrado.
