The acidity on this Red Bourbon is so bright and lively, perfect for a morning pour-over. You can really taste the care that went into the washed process at this altitude, it’s a beautifully balanced cup.

First sip and I was struck by how clean the body is—proper washed process, zero muddiness. The red bourbon varietal gives it a bright, almost tea-like finish that works beautifully as a filter brew.

The caramel sweetness through the washed process is what stood out to me on the first sip—clean, bright, and no bitterness at all. I've been brewing it as a filter pour-over and the body feels really balanced for a Rwandan coffee.
