Le producteur Claudio Vinicius Pimentel vient d'une longue lignée de caféiculteurs, suivant les traces de son père et de son grand-père. Avec douceur et profondeur, ses cafés ont tout ce que nous recherchons dans un espresso brésilien.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a first-time release, but this Fazenda Paraguai batch is beautifully clean and balanced. The fruitiness carries through without any bitterness, and it’s got a smooth, silky body that’s made my morning routine feel special.
The sweetness in this batch is genuinely insane—it’s the first coffee I’ve had that tastes like the farm’s history is in the cup, and Claudio’s family clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ve already gone through half the bag in three days.
