Produsen Claudio Vinicius Pimentel berasal dari keluarga petani kopi yang telah lama berkecimpung, mengikuti jejak ayahnya dan kakeknya. Dengan rasa manis dan kedalaman, kopinya memiliki semua yang kami cari dalam espresso Brasil.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a first-time release, but this Fazenda Paraguai batch is beautifully clean and balanced. The fruitiness carries through without any bitterness, and it’s got a smooth, silky body that’s made my morning routine feel special.
The sweetness in this batch is genuinely insane—it’s the first coffee I’ve had that tastes like the farm’s history is in the cup, and Claudio’s family clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ve already gone through half the bag in three days.
