Voor het eerst delen we met enthousiasme koffie van Fazenda Paraguai. Producent Claudio Vinicius Pimentel komt uit een lange lijn van koffietelers, in de voetsporen van zijn vader en grootvader. Met zoetheid en diepte hebben zijn koffies alles wat we zoeken in een Braziliaanse espresso.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a first-time release, but this Fazenda Paraguai batch is beautifully clean and balanced. The fruitiness carries through without any bitterness, and it’s got a smooth, silky body that’s made my morning routine feel special.
The sweetness in this batch is genuinely insane—it’s the first coffee I’ve had that tastes like the farm’s history is in the cup, and Claudio’s family clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ve already gone through half the bag in three days.
The sweet, molasses-like finish lingers just long enough to make the next sip feel urgent. First time trying a single-farm Brazilian coffee and the family legacy behind it really comes through in every cup.
