Brewed my first cup this morning and the sweetness really comes through—clean, almost syrupy body without any bitterness. You can taste the care that went into growing this lot, knowing it’s part of a sustainable operation makes the morning ritual feel a bit more meaningful.
I’ve brewed plenty of specialty coffees, but this microlot feels genuinely special—knowing it’s built around environmental and social sustainability makes the cup taste even better. The dedication of the grower really comes through in the balance.
The richness in this microlot is exactly what I hoped for—knowing it's grown with such a strong focus on sustainability makes the taste feel even more meaningful. I brewed it as a pour-over and the balance held up beautifully from first sip to last drop.
