For the first time, we are excited to share coffee from Fazenda Paraguai. Producer Claudio Vinicius Pimentel comes from a long line of coffee growers, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. With sweetness and depth, his coffees have everything we look for in a Brazilian espresso.
I wasn’t sure what to expect from a first-time release, but this Fazenda Paraguai batch is beautifully clean and balanced. The fruitiness carries through without any bitterness, and it’s got a smooth, silky body that’s made my morning routine feel special.
The sweetness in this batch is genuinely insane—it’s the first coffee I’ve had that tastes like the farm’s history is in the cup, and Claudio’s family clearly knows what they’re doing. I’ve already gone through half the bag in three days.
