The fig jam note is unmistakable even in a quick morning shot—sweet and deep without any harshness. The velvety nougat body carries through to the finish, making it dangerously easy to pull another.
Pulled a double shot this morning and the velvety nougat body really holds up even as it cools—that's rare for an anaerobic. The fig jam note is there but it's more of a deep sweetness than a fruity punch, which I actually prefer. Already thinking about when I need to reorder.
First shot I pulled was a bit quick, but even so that fig jam sweetness came through loud and clear. The velvety mouthfeel is no joke — it coats the tongue like a proper dessert espresso.
