I've never tasted a coffee this smooth from a natural process - the fig and milk chocolate notes really come through in a filter brew. Knowing a tree gets planted with each bag makes my morning ritual feel a little better too.

Brewed a cup as espresso and the milk chocolate notes came through exactly as described, with a hint of fig in the finish. Dried on the tree must make a difference—it's noticeably sweeter than my usual beans. Knowing a tree gets planted with the bag is a nice bonus.
