Buena Vista nám přinesla některé z našich nejpamátnějších káv z Guatemaly. Rok 2025 byl první sklizní odrůdy Sidra na této farmě a jsme nadšeni, že ji můžeme jako první nabídnout.
Po 48 hodinách fermentace je profil živý tropickou sladkostí a komplexními květinovými tóny.
The 48-hour fermentation really shows through in the cup—there’s this rich, lingering sweetness I haven’t found in many Guatemalan coffees. It’s also the first Sidra harvest I’ve tried, so I feel lucky to have gotten a bag this early. Definitely ordering more before it’s gone.
First harvest of Sidra from this estate and honestly it's the smoothest Guatemalan I've had all year, that 48-hour fermentation really rounds out the acidity. I brewed it as a pour-over and the cup stayed sweet all the way down.
I pulled the trigger on this and man, the first cup was a revelation—sweet, almost juicy, with that Sidra varietal's floral edge. It's a first harvest from the estate in 2025, so getting to taste it this early feels like a real find for anyone who loves Guatemalan coffee.
