For nylig vist i vores Roasters Choice-abonnement, er dette den første sæson, vi deler en kaffe fra Paulo Izidro. Den sjældne Paraiso-sort byder på lækkert afbalanceret smag: forvent sød malt og citrus.
This is my third bag from the Roasters Choice sub and the Paraiso varietal stands out immediately—the sweetness is so clean it almost tastes like honeyed tea. Brewed a pour-over this morning and the balance held from first sip to last drop. Definitely grabbing another before it's gone.
The roast is beautifully balanced—sweet but never cloying, with a clean finish that lingers just right. This Paraiso varietal feels like a special treat, and I'm glad I grabbed it while the subscription featured it.
First time trying the Paraiso varietal and the sweetness really comes through in every cup. I keep going back for a second pour before lunch, it's that balanced and smooth.
