The first cup I brewed had this deep, almost wine-like sweetness that carried right through to the finish—exactly what you'd hope for from a high-altitude natural process. It's easily the most distinctive coffee I've had this year, and I'm already rationing the bag.
The dried-fruit aroma from this natural process fills the kitchen the second the bag opens, and the cup is silky with a hint of something almost wine-like. Coming from the Kayanza region, it’s a nice change from my usual breakfast blends.
