Im März 2024 kehrten wir nach La Bandera in der berühmten Region Tarrazu, Costa Rica, zurück. Als wir Diego Hidalgo auf seiner wunderschönen Farm trafen, hoch oben auf der grünen Bergseite, war das reiche Aroma des in der Sonne trocknenden Kaffees unverkennbar. Diego ist stolz auf die sorgfältige Verarbeitung und Trocknung seines Kaffees, der eine aufregende Vielfalt an Aromen hervorbringt. Unsere zweite Charge der Saison von La Bandera ist dieses hervorragende Filterlos.
