Buena Vista nos ha regalado algunos de los cafés guatemaltecos más memorables. 2025 fue la primera cosecha de Sidra en la finca y estamos emocionados de ser los primeros en compartirla.
Tras 48 horas de fermentación, el perfil está vivo con la dulzura tropical y los florales complejos.
The 48-hour fermentation really shows through in the cup—there’s this rich, lingering sweetness I haven’t found in many Guatemalan coffees. It’s also the first Sidra harvest I’ve tried, so I feel lucky to have gotten a bag this early. Definitely ordering more before it’s gone.
First harvest of Sidra from this estate and honestly it's the smoothest Guatemalan I've had all year, that 48-hour fermentation really rounds out the acidity. I brewed it as a pour-over and the cup stayed sweet all the way down.
I pulled the trigger on this and man, the first cup was a revelation—sweet, almost juicy, with that Sidra varietal's floral edge. It's a first harvest from the estate in 2025, so getting to taste it this early feels like a real find for anyone who loves Guatemalan coffee.
