I’ve been chasing that Best of Panama winner profile for a while, and this lot from the Torre plot finally delivers it—the cup is incredibly clean and complex. Brewed a V60 pour-over with it and the sweetness carried through from hot to cool, no bitterness at all. Definitely a limited release worth
