Notre dernier lot de notre ami Mauricio de la Finca Himalaya. Le Maragogype est l'un des « trois grands » cultivés à la ferme, aux côtés du Pacamara et du Maracaturra. Bien qu'il produise de faibles rendements, la saveur exceptionnelle des gros grains rend tous les efforts rentables.

Ce lot naturel séché lentement offre une délicieuse saveur fruitée, avec des baies sucrées et de douces notes tropicales.
