The low yield on these Maragogype beans really shows in the cup—each batch feels denser and more concentrated than standard lots. I brewed a pour-over this morning and the body was surprisingly thick for a washed process. Definitely a treat worth the extra cost.

Cracked open the bag and the beans are massive—Maragogype really lives up to its reputation. Brewed a pour-over and the cup had a delicate sweetness that lingered, even if the yield is low, the quality here is unmistakable. Already planning my next order.

The low yield clearly pays off—the cup is remarkably clean and sweet, with a depth that kept me coming back for another pour. I brewed it in my V60 and the body was silky, exactly what you'd hope for from a Maragogype.
