The citrus brightness is subtle but it lingers nicely on the finish, which makes this a great morning cup. I brewed it as a pour-over and the balance between the sweet and the fruit notes was spot on. Definitely ordering another bag.
That maple syrup sweetness really comes through in every sip, and it makes the espresso feel almost dessert-like without being heavy. The yellow fruit notes are subtle but keep things interesting, and it's been my go-to morning cup for the past week.
