The washed process makes the cup so clean and bright, and the SL28 varietal brings a lovely berry-like acidity that lingers nicely. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over every morning and the filter roast feels perfectly dialed in.
The washed process really lets the SL28 and SL34 varietals shine through the filter; each cup is crystal clear and clean. I’m already on my second bag, and the consistency from the Thirikwa Cooperative is something I’ve rarely found elsewhere.
