The natural yeast fermentation really comes through in the cup—it's this wild, layered sweetness I've never tasted in a Colombian before. I brewed it as a pour-over and the aroma alone was worth the splurge. Wish I'd grabbed more than one bag before it sells out.

I’ve brewed a lot of specialty coffees, but the red fruit sweetness from this one’s natural yeast fermentation is on another level. Even the dry aroma alone is worth the price, and it’s remarkably smooth for such a complex cup. If you can grab a bag before it’s gone, do it.

I usually brew Colombian beans as a daily driver, but this Red Gesha is on another level—the natural yeast fermentation gives it a complexity that lingers way past the last sip. Only wish I'd bought more than one bag before it sold out.
