The altitude and that Alchemy processing give every sip an unexpected depth I’ve never tasted in coffee before. Each cup unfolds differently, which keeps me coming back for more.

The multi-stage processing really shows—it’s got this layered complexity that keeps evolving as it cools, and the altitude of 2200m gives it a clean, bright edge. I’ve been brewing it in my pour-over and it’s easily the most interesting cup I’ve had this month.

The first sip hit me with this deep, almost herbal sweetness I've never tasted in coffee before. You can really feel that 2200m altitude in the bright, clean finish. I'm not a connoisseur, but this complex, layered cup has ruined my regular morning brew.
