Buena Vista heeft enkele van onze meest memorabele Guatemala-koffies opgeleverd. 2025 was de eerste oogst van Sidra op het landgoed en we zijn verheugd om de eersten te zijn die deze delen.
Na 48 uur fermentatie is het profiel levendig met tropische zoetheid en complexe bloemige tonen.
The 48-hour fermentation really shows through in the cup—there’s this rich, lingering sweetness I haven’t found in many Guatemalan coffees. It’s also the first Sidra harvest I’ve tried, so I feel lucky to have gotten a bag this early. Definitely ordering more before it’s gone.
First harvest of Sidra from this estate and honestly it's the smoothest Guatemalan I've had all year, that 48-hour fermentation really rounds out the acidity. I brewed it as a pour-over and the cup stayed sweet all the way down.
I pulled the trigger on this and man, the first cup was a revelation—sweet, almost juicy, with that Sidra varietal's floral edge. It's a first harvest from the estate in 2025, so getting to taste it this early feels like a real find for anyone who loves Guatemalan coffee.
