Pa-O är ett naturellt bearbetat parti från Pa-O-byarna i Pinlaung. Kaffet odlades av bönder i 5 olika byar, innan det sorterades och bearbetades vid Behind the Leafs kvarn. Profilen är djup och fruktig, med en söt, syltig karaktär som är vackert balanserad.
