First brew and I was hit with that Catucai 2SL sweetness—deep and fruity without any harshness. At 1200 meters you can really taste the altitude in the cup, smooth and clean from start to finish.

The natural process really shines through at this altitude—sweet, clean cup with a syrupy body that made my morning pour-over feel special. Catucai 2SL is a new varietal for me, and the 1200 meters clearly adds a delicate brightness I wasn't expecting from a Brazilian filter roast.
