The fruitiness really comes through in the cup—bright and refined, not at all what I expected from a Brazilian bean. It brewed clean with a gentle sweetness that lingered nicely, and the "Sumatra" nickname makes sense once you taste that unique character.

I brewed this as a pour-over this morning and the refined fruit came through so clearly, almost like a tea but with real body. That elegant sweetness lingers on the finish longer than I expected. Definitely a different side of Brazilian coffee than I'm used to.
