CHRISTMAS COFFEE

This single origin is the smoothest I've had all season, and you can really taste the work that went into it. I've already ordered a second bag to keep the holiday mornings going.

The chocolatey depth of this single origin really comes through in every sip, and it’s easily the best cup I’ve had all season. Brewed a pot for my family on Christmas morning and no one went back for seconds—we just sat there, quiet and happy.

This is my third bag from this same farm and the sweetness is just as bright as the first time. The single-origin character really comes through in a pour-over, especially the rich finish that lingers nicely. Mauricio clearly knows what he's doing with this harvest.
