Got my order roasted just right for espresso and pulled a shot this morning that’s got that deep, syrupy natural sweetness you’d expect from Obatá. At 1200-1400 meters, it’s got a nice bright edge that cuts through the richness. Definitely going back for more.

The natural process really lets the Obatá varietal shine—rich and dense without any harshness. Pulled my first shot at 1200 meters altitude and it brewed up with a thick crema that made my whole kitchen smell incredible.
