Pulled my first shot this morning and the crema was thick and honey-colored, exactly what I hoped from a 1900-meter washed Ethiopian. The berry and citrus notes came through bright but balanced, and it finished clean without any bitterness. Already looking forward to the next bag.

Opened the bag this morning and the smell alone tells you it's something special—that washed process really lets the beans shine. Brewed a shot as espresso and got a clean, bright cup with none of the bitterness I usually fight with.
