前シーズンに初めてミャンマー産コーヒーをリリースしましたが、今季もお届けできることを嬉しく思います。
パオは、ピンラウンのパオ族の村々で生産されたナチュラル精製のロットです。5つの異なる村の農家によって栽培され、Behind The Leafの精製所で選別・加工されました。深みのあるフルーティーなプロファイルで、甘くジャムのような風味が美しく調和しています。
The natural process really shows through in the cup—there’s a sweet, almost fruity brightness that lingers nicely after each sip. I brewed it as a pour-over and the 1400-1500m altitude gives it a clean, delicate body that feels special for the price. Definitely a bag I’ll be reordering.
Opening the bag, the aroma hit me immediately—deep, fruity, and a little wild, which is exactly what I hoped for from a natural process at this altitude. Brewed it as a pour-over and got a surprisingly clean cup with a sweet, lingering finish for a filter roast.
