First sip and I already get why 1740 meters matters — there's a crisp, clean brightness that feels like it was grown in cool mountain air. The filter roast brings out a smoothness that's hard to put down, and knowing it's washed just adds to that tidy, refined cup. Arrived fast and well-sealed, too.
The washed process really lets the Catuai varietal shine through—clean and bright, exactly what I look for in a filter roast. Knowing it comes from 1740 meters near a protected forest makes each cup feel a bit more special. Already eyeing my next order.
