Recently featured in our Roasters Choice Subscription, this is the first season we have shared a coffee from Paulo Izidro. The rare Paraiso varietal offers deliciously balanced flavour: expect sweet malt and citrus.
This is my third bag from the Roasters Choice sub and the Paraiso varietal stands out immediately—the sweetness is so clean it almost tastes like honeyed tea. Brewed a pour-over this morning and the balance held from first sip to last drop. Definitely grabbing another before it's gone.
The roast is beautifully balanced—sweet but never cloying, with a clean finish that lingers just right. This Paraiso varietal feels like a special treat, and I'm glad I grabbed it while the subscription featured it.
First time trying the Paraiso varietal and the sweetness really comes through in every cup. I keep going back for a second pour before lunch, it's that balanced and smooth.
