Buena Vista har levererat några av våra mest minnesvärda Guatemala-kaffe. 2025 var den första skörden av Sidra på egendomen och vi är glada över att vara först med att dela den.
Efter 48 timmars jäsning är profilen levande med tropisk sötma och komplexa blommiga toner.
The 48-hour fermentation really shows through in the cup—there’s this rich, lingering sweetness I haven’t found in many Guatemalan coffees. It’s also the first Sidra harvest I’ve tried, so I feel lucky to have gotten a bag this early. Definitely ordering more before it’s gone.
First harvest of Sidra from this estate and honestly it's the smoothest Guatemalan I've had all year, that 48-hour fermentation really rounds out the acidity. I brewed it as a pour-over and the cup stayed sweet all the way down.
I pulled the trigger on this and man, the first cup was a revelation—sweet, almost juicy, with that Sidra varietal's floral edge. It's a first harvest from the estate in 2025, so getting to taste it this early feels like a real find for anyone who loves Guatemalan coffee.
