LA COLINA NATURAL

The fruit notes are so vivid—I actually caught dried mango on the first sip, with vanilla rounding it out. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and just enjoy the cup, and the natural process really lets the character shine through.

I brewed a cup this morning and the papaya note came through so bright and clean, almost like fresh fruit in the cup. The vanilla rounds it out beautifully, and the body feels plush without being heavy. This is easily the most expressive coffee I've had this year.

The dried mango note is unmistakable, and the cup stays silky right down to the last sip. I brewed it as a pour-over and the fruitiness came through clean, not at all muddled.
