Dit is de eerste keer dat we de Arsosala Washing Station presenteren en het is een waar genoegen om deze prachtige expressie van de Guji-terroir met u te delen. Reserve-koffies zijn het beste van de oogst in Ethiopië en worden in zeer kleine hoeveelheden geproduceerd.
The first sip hit me with that unmistakable Guji sweetness—so clean and delicate. I brewed it as a pour-over and the tasting profile stayed bright all the way from hot to cool. This is easily the most interesting bag of beans I've had this year.
The bag didn't last long in my kitchen—the Guji terroir really comes through in every cup, and the sweetness is so clean it almost tastes like honey. Brewing it as a pour-over made the florals pop in a way I wasn't expecting from a filter roast.
First pour and the sweetness hit me right away—this Guji lot is something else. The washed process keeps it so clean and bright, I've already gone through half the bag in three days.
