Onze derde partij van Luis van Finca El Faldon - dit is misschien wel de beste tot nu toe! Met tonen van verse limonade en zoete abrikoos, verwacht uitzonderlijke complexiteit en verfijnd Colombiaans karakter.
Brewed my first cup this morning and the lemonade note is so vivid it's almost tart in the best way, then the apricot sweetness rounds it out perfectly. This is easily the most complex coffee I've had from this farm, and I've already ordered another bag.
The acidity on this one is like biting into a fresh lemonade ice cube, but then it softens into this sweet, almost jammy apricot finish. Brewed a cup this morning and honestly didn't want it to end. Third lot from this farm and it's the most complex one yet.
The apricot comes through beautifully on the finish, but what really got me was how the lemonade brightness stays crisp even as the cup cools. I brewed it in my V60 and it had this refined, layered sweetness that made me slow down and actually taste it. Easily my favorite lot from this farm so far.
