The bag barely lasted two weeks in my house—that's how quickly this became my go-to morning shot. The apricot jam note really comes through in the crema, and the floral finish lingers just long enough to make the whole kitchen smell incredible.

The bag’s been open three days and the apricot jam note still hits every single shot, even in milk drinks. Yirgacheffe beans this sweet usually get lost under crema, but this one holds its peach and floral finish all the way through. Definitely ordering another bag before this one’s gone.
