Sourced through our long-standing partner Ricardo Zelaya, this versatile coffee shines as both a rich espresso and an easy-drinking filter, with enough sweetness and body to pair effortlessly with milk.
The citrus brightness is subtle but it lingers nicely on the finish, which makes this a great morning cup. I brewed it as a pour-over and the balance between the sweet and the fruit notes was spot on. Definitely ordering another bag.
