The tasting notes shift beautifully as it cools—that's what sets this apart from the usual Colombian beans I've tried. It's a 15th anniversary batch from a new-school producer, and you can taste the care in every cup, though I wish the bag had a bit more info on the roast date.

I’ve been brewing this for a couple weeks now and it’s the first Colombian coffee that really shows off that new school character Emerson talks about. Four stars only because the bag doesn’t have a roast date, which I like to check. The flavor is clean and the body feels silky, definitely a step up
