Onze tweede koffie van het seizoen van onze partners Ivan en Rose dos Santos. Deze Red Catuai is de beste van de oogst, met complexe zoetheid en een zijdezachte textuur. Samen zijn de tonen van peer en gekonfijte amandel als een zoete frangipanetaart!
That pear note really comes through on the first sip, and it lingers nicely into a sweet, candy-like finish. I brewed it in my V60 and the cup was incredibly clean and smooth from start to finish.
The silky texture on this one is what got me—it's smooth from the first sip to the last, and that candied finish lingers just right. I've already got a second bag on order, it's that good.
