LA BANDERA GESHA

This is the first coffee I've tried from that high altitude and you can really taste the difference—the clarity is almost tea-like, so clean and delicate. I brewed it as a pour-over and it made the whole kitchen smell incredible well into the afternoon.

The natural process gives it this incredible clarity that I didn't expect from a coffee at this altitude, and the 2000m growing conditions really make each sip feel distinct. I've brewed it both as a pour-over and in my French press, and it held its character beautifully either way.

The altitude really shows in the cup—this natural process from La Bandera has that clean, exceptional clarity they promise. It's my first Masterpiece from them and honestly, it's the kind of coffee I slow down for.
